[b]NTSB Issue two URGENT safety recommendations GE CF6 engines.
Following four uncontained engine failure's the FAA have found some major weakness's in the CF 6.
This probaly explains why there have been a lot of engine shut downs on take off. This problem has got the potential to be another Concorde Paris.
